and start an MLS account.

Step 04

Begin touring homes - in person or virtually.

Step 05

Write an offer - Offer Accepted!

Step 06

Schedule inspections, ensure lender has
all documentation needed to move the file.

Step 07

Negotiate inspection repair or credits.

Step 08

Obtain loan commitment title commitment.

Step 09

Final Walk though of the home.

Step 10

Closing day! Wire funds. Bring photo ID
